From 27 June to 8 July the Enza Zaden team will welcome professionals in the sector at the demo field located in El Albujón (Murcia) for another year’s Melon House Fair event.

Melon House Fair is an inspirational space for all professionals in the sector for sharing experiences, discussing market trends with all those involved in the value chain and finding out the latest trends and news on melon and watermelon. Getting to know the consumers’ needs, as well as those of the different players involved in the food chain, determines our direction for our breeding and sales teams, whose mission is to add value to the whole chain.
Complete all-year-round programme with resistance makes the difference
These two weeks will focus on complete programmes as well as the latest news on melon and watermelon crops. With the benefit of different varieties and production sites all over the world, our complete programmes in different typologies guarantee production (and supply) 365 days a year, without compromising on quality and taste, both fundamental characteristics for increasing value in the whole chain. This year, following the theme of the latest events, Resistance makes the difference extends to the melon crop: resistant varieties take on even more importance because they are a key element, not only for obtaining healthier, residue-free crops, but also for ensuring a continuous supply, as production is taking place all over the world.
100% customised meetings: in-person or online
This year, meetings with clients will be in person again, however, the digital option will remain, so that clients from all over the world, who might not be able to attend in person, may have the chance to partake in the event. In both cases, the priority will be customized and interactive meetings, adapted to the customers’ needs. Melon House fair once again presents itself as an example of collaboration between multidisciplinary departments which, by working together, succeed in offering value to clients.
